Manuscript feedback
As an experienced poet, editor and critic, I offer a personalised feedback service to poets at any stage of development who want to improve their writing and develop their practice. As well as draft pamphlets and collection typescripts I can look at smaller sets of poems, but I typically ask for a minimum of 10 pages/poems in the first instance so that I can get a feel for your work.
Prices are negotiable depending on what sort of feedback will work best for you: annotated pages, a typed commentary, a phone/Zoom call or a face-to-face meeting are all options. As a rough guide, for a small set of poems I charge £12 per page/poem for detailed feedback. For a larger set (e.g. a pamphlet or collection typescript) I quote a fixed fee for the project based on the type of input you're seeking.
